With Pete face down on couch, Rob takes Pete's guitar pick from his pocket and uses it on the soles of his feet, causing him to giggle and squirm. Rob checks out the backs of Pete's legs and knees before putting lotion on his feet, and then Rob pulls out his special “tickling tool” to make Pete struggle even harder!
