Another chain around his genitals is locked to his ankle cuffs in the first scene in which his arms are chained to opposite sides of the dungeon. In the second scene, his wrists are locked behind his back to the chain around his genitals, and in the final scene, the spreader bar to which his ankles are padlocked is also locked to the chain, in addition to his wrist cuffs.
