John Marsh is gagged and hooded, his ankles are tied very closely to his genitals, and his wrists are chained to one side of the dungeon in locking, leather cuffs, and his ankles are tied to the other side of the dungeon. He cannot free himself, and he can't avoid tugging on his genitals.
