On January 2, 2023, John Marsh set out to do a "polar plunge" in the mud, to get the new year off to a good start. This clip contains all of the wetsuit scenes, from when he was starting out, to slogging through the mud, to jumping into really deep mud, twice. After that, you see his mud covered body (still in a wetsuit), then there is a cleanup scene, and the video ends with John peeling off the wetsuit.
