Doug is gagged and suspended by his wrists over the pit, wearing latex briefs. His genitals are tied through a ring at the bottom of the pit and up through a double-ring, one-way gizmo above him, then down to his wrists, so that, as gravity pulls him down, he is held down by his genitals and he there is no going back up.

The mud in the pit is thick, so the rope doesn't slide easily and his descent is slow. He struggles all the way down, but there is only one direction to go.
