This isn't technically "Predicament Bondage", because there is nothing Doug can do to improve his situation, but it's a pretty tenuous predicament, regardless. He's probably hoping that nobody comes along and hoists him any higher. He is already partially hoisted by his genitals, he's completely defenseless, and he can't even cry out for help, because he is strapped into a harness gag. Doug struggles as much as he can, within the confines of his strict bonds, for the entire duration of this 4.5 minute clip. There can be no escape.
