In this clip, Doug is wearing a red speedo. His wrists are bound behind his back and handcuffed to his genitals. He is winched up by his ankles until he is swinging over a vat of black mud. He is then lowered into the mud, head first. He is allowed to struggle for a while before being lowered further into the mud, then winched all the way out, and lowered back down.
