This is chapter 2 from April 23. In this segment, Doug enjoys some pain/pleasure in the mud. Face down in the mud and partially suspended by his balls, the way out means putting more strain on his genitals to dislodge himself from the thick mud. There is lots of struggling, some on-screen tying, muddy feet, and very deep, sucking mud. This video was shot in high definition and compressed for optimal playback quality.
