Well, it happened again. This time, Doug beaches his kayak on a mud flat. He decides the easiest way get unbeached is to step out of the boat and push it off. He got a big surprise when he sank quickly up to his thigh in the soft mud. Unthinkingly, he lets the kayak drift out of reach, leaving him stranded in the middle of an expanse of treacherous, man eating mud. The ensuing struggle lasts for 30 minutes (even after editing), but, in the end, the relentless mud wins out.
