For most of this video, Doug's ankles are tied to his genitals with a piece of lumber tied in between to make it more difficult to navigate the mud. He is wearing blue, latex briefs. This clip is mostly about the struggle. Doug is already tied and struggling to drag his bound body through the mud when the clip opens.
