On June 2, Doug went out for a nice, relaxing wallow in deep swamp mud. The camera was just left running for an hour and we were able to edit the clip down to about 35 minutes. Even that is too long for a single clip, so we broke it into 2 parts. This is part 1, which opens with a head-first dive into the mud. There are back-flips, total immersion, and inversions before Doug drags himself out and dives in again. Eventually, Doug works his way over to the camera, so he can get out and get his breathing tube. The breathing tube shenanigans are features in Part 2.
