So about a year ago I made a clip with me doing yoga, so I thought it would be fun to make another so we can see how out of shape I've gotten. I look up some yoga pose sequences and try to follow along, but I'm just so heavy its a total struggle! Come watch me as I attempt to twist and contort my big sexy body ;)
