She begins to panic and complain before the man walks back in and stuffs a handkerchief in her mouth, he then removes the blue scarf from her neck and tightly gives her an over the mouth gag, preventing her from spitting out the wadded hanky. Zippy is showing her last client of the day around a home that is for sale when out of nowhere the viewer jumps her. He puts a rag over her mouth and nose and knocks her out after a brief struggle. Slowly waking up zippy finds herself very effectively tied to a chair, her wrists bound to her ankles with no escape. She begins to panic and complain before the man walks back in and stuffs a handkerchief in her mouth, he then removes the blue scarf from her neck and tightly gives her an over the mouth gag, preventing her from spitting out the wadded hanky. The man then leaves the room to carry on stealing what he can and leaves poor zippy alone to struggle. After a while the man returns, he has what he needs so now its time for him to leave but not before one last thing. He comes from behind and rips open zippy blouse and pulling down her bra leaving her breasts completely exposed and on show for the home owner to come home to, he then ties more rope around her torso leaving her even more helpless and unable to free herself. The man then leaves and all zippy can do is struggle as hard as she can and cry through the gag for help. Towards the end zippy manages to work the scarf off and spit out the now very wet hanky and shout for help, bit it's too little too late, the thief has long gone.
