Zippy is showing her last client of the day around a home that is for sale when out of nowhere the viewer jumps her. He puts a rag over her mouth and nose and knocks her out after a brief struggle. Slowly waking up zippy finds herself very effectively tied to a chair, her wrists bound to her ankles with no escape. She begins to panic and complain before the man walks back in and stuffs a handkerchief in her mouth, he then removes the blue scarf from her neck and tightly gives her an over the mouth gag, preventing her from spitting out the wadded hanky.
