I arrive at my filming space after a long walk in the hot sun. I'm feeling a bit overheated, so I sit down to catch my breath and drink some water. I grab a nice big bottle of water and start to drink it down. I swallow huge gulps of it over and over until the bottle is almost empty - I turn my head this way and that so you can see the muscles in my throat working as I drink.
