I know how much you enjoy watching me test out my ability to hold my breath underwater. I pull in as much oxygen as I can, breathing in really deeply, before putting my head under water, my hair swimming around me and my makeup running. I hold my breath several times, trying to stay under for as long as I can – sometimes almost a minute!!
