I am such a sucker for fitness challenges, and I just can't help my self. Some times it gets really brutal, but it's like I can't learn my lesson. This time, I'm really testing my arms and chest strength. I'm doing 100 push-ups, and I want to finish them in minutes. 10 reps in 45 seconds, then 15 seconds break. It's actually much harder than it sounds, and those 15 seconds of break flies. My muscles are going to burn and my arms will no more listen to me. My body will shake in exertion, and I won't be able to silence the moaning. I am going to struggle so hard.
