Custom video (Part 2 of the video "Adam's apple and a tight cord")

I tied a black cord around my neck, again, just above my Adam's apple. This time I tightened it extremely hard to feel it every time I swallowed. Each time, my big apple rubs against the rope as it slips under it, and on the way back it gets stuck and twitches the rope. That feeling is strange but extremely pleasant.
