I’m getting ready for training but I feel like I’m overdressed. The clothes on me make me too hot, and I feel that it's holding me back. I have to release my muscles and let them breathe. With a little help of scissors, I make the first hole in the thick sleeve of my gray sweatshirt. Then I dig my fingers into the hole and with the sound of the sweatshirt tearing, I release my biceps and triceps, flexing them hard. I feel much better, but I'm just getting started. I tear the other sleeve as well and when the time comes to tear my sweatshirt in half, I come close to you, so we can enjoy...
