In this video, I punch myself in the stomach. With my fists. And I have no mercy. I can't stop even though the punches are brutal and leave me breathless. The pain makes me bend over and moan, but my fists continue to hurt me. My abs are tight at first and they try to withstand the punches, but they fail. Very quickly, my abs give way and my hard fists are now sinking into my painful stomach. Deep. I have a feeling that my fists are tearing up my gut, and I fall to my knees coughing in pain.
