Description

The Queens workout continues with high bench step ups and kicking the heavy bag. You can see every muscles and a few that you might not have known were there as she kicks the bag. The muscles on the side of her quads are so defined and rock hard. You will be glad that she's kicking that heavy bag and not you. She adds medicine ball squats to the program. She get a huge medicine ball and does squats with it. As she does her step ups, her quad and calf muscles explode with every push off. She also does more walking lunges and crossover lunges.
