Kathy lived on the same street as I did. I saw her jog pass my house a few time wearing shorts. I watched as her calf muscles flexed every time her feet made contact with the ground. One day I caught her at the end of her run and complimented her muscular calves. She was flattered by the compliment. I asked her to flex them for me. They were huge, measuring 16 3/4 inches. I asked her if I could film them and she said yes. Here they are pumped and flexed.
