This clip is cool. I was in another room when Tre called me and said, Rick you have to come and see this. I walked in the room and everyone was standing around Dana checking out her calf muscle. She had been sitting on the couch playing around with different flexes and caught everyone's attention. I walked in and she had just learned what muscle control was.
