Kelly just won the lightweight class at the Emerald Cup. While her calves are still cut tanned I filmed her strapping on red high heels and flexing her calves. She also does donkey calf raises with the middleweight and overall champ on her back. Incredible muscle thickness and definition not to mention the tan.
