This is a lift and carry video with mostly squats, walking with June on my back in my backyard . I also did some bear hugs on her... we are both wearing regular clothes, she is wearing flips flops and Im wearing wrestling boots...both wearing shorts and tank tops or t-shirts. I walked with her, squats with her on my back..she was impressed at how strong I am...shes a new girl and at the end she asked me if next time she could try to lift me and walk withme like I did with her
