I've recently started ear stretching; so will be making a series of videos on my progress.

This is the first in the stretching as I go up to a 3mm spiral.

I massage my ears with Vitamin E oil; there are also plenty of close ups.
I have quite sensitive ears!

This video has no talking in it - so you can watch as I do this silently.
