My doctor recently gave me some medicine to help with my stomach acid issues. One very big problem though, it makes it almost impossible and painful for me to go number two. It is more painful than I have ever felt in my life, and is very difficult to push out. It almost feels like I'm gonna push my entire body out when I am pushing. Watch me strain and push and the agony on my face as I use the bathroom this morning. It is a very big chore but I finally get it all out. After I am done, I wipe good, and bend over and spread my cheeks for you and show you my asshole.
