One of them is a new worker (she is younger and innocent and trying too hard to be nice), and the older one is grumpy or jealous, thinking she will be replaced by this new worker one day. They are both on their first break. One is standing behind the other, and both are playing on their phones. The older worker is standing in front and decides to sneakily tread on the toes of the new girl behind, using the heel of her shoe. After doing this, the girl behind gasps in pain and looks annoyed, and slips her bare foot out of her shoe. She wiggles her toes to relieve the pain, before putting her shoe back on. The woman in front repeats this process about four times, the girl behind each time removes her feet to relieve the pain but is too afraid to say anything and goes back to her phone. The camera should sometimes move down and get close ups of the girl's bare soles and toes when her foot comes out of her shoe. Eventually, the new girl moves in front of her and now it's her turn to stamp on the older worker's toes. The other girl also slips her bare feet out to relieve the pain. After a couple of times, they confront each other and start cat fighting"
