You stand on your right foot to put soap on your left sole, put down your left foot and rub it on the tub ten times, then stand on your left foot to put soap on your right sole then put your right food down to rub on the tub surface ten times. You finish by bending over to splash your lower legs three times like in the beginning and rub each foot forward and backwards ten times. Turn off the water, step out of the tub, have a mat by the tub to wipe your feet off and walk away.
