Barbie is sitting on a couch. She is a doctor and is at the home of her patient. Her patient is behind the camera. She is talking to her. She is looking on her watch. The session comes to an end. She tells her that it is the last session, for both together. The next session she will have with another doctor. She will leave the town. The patient is not happy about that news. Barbie stand up comes closer to her and waits for her. Barbie wants to say goodbye. Suddendly the patient grabs Barbie and handgag her. She looks into the camera and screams and struggles.
