Nichole doesn't let things go very easily.. especially the delicious smoke she pumps into her lungs. It's just short of unidirectional - the smoke goes in. The only exhales you see is her natural breathing, giving her sometimes 4,5,6 very voluminous residual exhales. It's astounding.
