Myprettyfeet8 walks in limping because she stepped out of the car in her heels and twisted her ankle on the curb! Ouch!
Natalie helps me to the couch, removes my heel and starts icing my swollen ankle. She touches the sore spots to find out where the pain is coming from, then wraps my foot and ankle in an ace wrap. Natalie also has an ankle brace on hand to put on to further support my sprained ankle.
