I am just after a gym and hard work... I am tired but hungry as fuck. I have my Protein shake and oat cookies. I really like it. This makes me so full... But there is one side effect. Everytime when I eat this both together I get huge gasses. Sometimes it's farting, sometimes burping. This time I burp a lot! I feel a tone of gasses inside of me. I am loud, nasty... In shirt, panties and socks only. I lie on my couch and wanna only eat and burp all the time.
