Me and a friend were taking a trip in to the city. The train had been delayed so we'd passed the time drinking coffee in the station cafe. Half way through our journey we both needed to pee, so checked out the toilets which were disgusting!

Deciding to hold it, we wriggle around and pace up and down willing the train to go faster. Rocking backwards and forwards on the seat helps a tiny bit, and so does crossing our legs together tightly.
