When handling male specimen you need to make sure they are under control all the time. You can't give them any freedom nor a chance to escape. I have got this one bound and gagged on the examination table while I start my procedure. I take one of his legs and bind it tightly with a rope. Then I fasten the rope around his hands to the ring at the celing. Next I attach another rope and pull his bound leg up to ring as well. He is now all strung up, barely able to balance on one leg. He is most vulnerable and exposed which I will take full advantage of.
