My belly noises are from a combination of digestion, hunger, and being full of water! It's growling, rumbling and sloshing. I manipulate the sounds by rolling my belly and pushing it out. I love feeling the rumbling vibrations by placing my hands over my belly. They make a deep bass sound that is strong!
