I just got back from the gym and my belly was blaring during my entire workout! I could NOT hide them! My belly is so bloated, too! And with every rep, my belly was growling, gurgling and roaring! I know people were looking and listening to it, but I had no control over it! I can suck my belly in and have abs, but it just wants to pop out like a round beach ball! I bet you would love to lay your head on my belly to get an amplified experience of the noises coming from within my belly! If I dare move my belly it only intensifies the sounds!
