I just got home from having a huge lunch with friends and belly is bloated and full of food & liquids. It's so loud, there's no reason to put a mic placed right on my belly. The gurgling, sloshing and digestion noises speak loud enough for themselves. I rub my belly and play with my belly button and belly ring, and the more I manipulate and move around my belly, the louder and more frequent the sounds get. I even let out some digestion burps that need to escape from my belly. There's a lot of activity going on from within...you just have to hear it for yourself!!!
