As an athlete, I know the importance of stretching. Sometimes I prefer to just sit in a chair and just stretch and elongate my abs, stretching my arms high above my head and crane my neck back. Rolling my neck back and forth while I explore my fit body with my hands and fingertips is so relaxing. I hold my stretches and you can see my controlled breathing, sometimes taking in deep breaths and letting them out. Curving my spine, reaching high while craning my neck back and pointing my toes is a full body stretch.
