It's after Christmas now and even a fit girl like me can't escape the post Christmas belly bloat. I must still be digesting food from days ago, or, at least it feels like it. The gurgling and growling has been non stop for days! I can't make a move without hearing all the sloshing from within. When I roll and manipulate my belly I really agitate it, making the sounds louder! Of course, with all this bloat comes belching.
