Seasonal allergies are year round thing for me. My days consist of being constantly stuffed up, having watery itchy eyes, nose blowing and SNOT! It's like I feel sick, but I'm not. I blow my nose so much its chapped and red. Today is not different. I blow my nose but it seems like that just isn't enough. So I incorporate some sneezing manipulation by tickling my nostrils with a q-tip. Nothing feels better than a good, hard sneeze to clear the nasal passages.
