The "Head of Christ" has been the best known American artwork of the 20th century. Artist Sallman wanted to give his Jesus image an opportunity to be more "accessible and familiar to the audience". What a FUCKING SORE LOSER. Due to his feeble minded ways and the release of this image during the "Mad Men" era - it was a concoction for disaster.
