This class introduces the student to the idea of using one's physical asana practice as an opportunity to serve as meditation as well. Conscious movement is an opportunity for the practitioner to drop into themselves, and observe their inner process. This approach is different from the more common approach to asana (yoga postures) practice, whereby asana is regarded as the preparation for seated meditation.
