NanaYamiChan (the girl) is lead in by the evil Master (the guy), stripped to underwear and placed on a chair. Despite her begging she is tightly tied to the chair (elbows touching), her socks removed and used as stuffing behind a head wrapping tape gag.

She is secured even more to the chair, so only her toes reach the ground, and the Master then leaves her to struggle on her own.
