The scene starts with Master KindBond (the guy) doing domination and light spanking of NanaYamiChan (the girl), asking her to stand with her arms straight out holding a weight in each.

When he finally allows her to take her tired arms down, he proceeds to tie them in a strappado harness, pulling her up on her toes. One leg is tied in a futomomo, before a hood and a gag is added.

He plays with her for a bit, before pulling her other leg up too, in a kind of "running man" position. He spins her around to enjoy the view.
