Going underwater in your bathtub, face up looking at the camera with your eyes wide open under the water.

Stay under for a few seconds with your eyes shut before revealing your eyes by opening them as wide as they’ll go. When you resurface, try not to blink when going from under the water to the surface. If however you find you have to blink, that’s absolutely fine.
If you find it too uncomfortable, or you find that not having your nose plugged makes it harder for you to open your eyes, by all means plug your nose.

Also, once you’ve opened your eyes underwater a couple of times during the video and your eyes have adjusted, if you could try to transition from above the water to under the water without blinking, again while keeping your eyes as wide as they’ll go.
