I pull down my yoga pants and sit on the toilet to pee. I am a little constipated in the beginning, so i grunt and moan in anticipation. My stomach is hurting and I know the dump is coming. I finally push out an airy fart into the bowl, then some poots and more fart noises. The gas is preparing me for what is coming next! I moan because it hurts moving through my belly. I rock back and forth and whimper to move around my bowels. You can hear little farts popping out. I whimper more and then an explosive noise comes out of my ass with the stuff.
