You are stretching and notice there is a snail or slug in your navel...(yes, a real one please, if not please let me know). You continue to stretch and groan and moan. When the snail moves, you pick it up and place is back in your navel and continue to stretch. You will repeat this action and state that this alien is trying to take over your body through your belly button.

Also please stretch and suck your stomach in as much as possible to have your ribs show. For the first few seconds of the video, you are casually studying and you do a long stretch and this exposes the snail in your navel while you are stretching with your arms all the way over your head (the camera zooms in on your stretched belly with the snail in the button) . After you initially notice the snail after your first stretch, you are surprised and grossed out, but you will lift your jacket up showing your navel with the snail/slug inside the navel in-between stretches. You look shocked and tell the snail to get out of your navel, but then you start to like it. You will stretch with pleasure at times while the snail tries to enter the navel, you will continue to stretch and lift your shirt up in-between stretches to always show the snail in the button. (Please provide some close up shots while you are stretching with the snail in your navel.) Near the end you do one last long stretch while you groan with pleasure and tell the alien snail that they have taken over your body and it was the best thing ever, the camera will be in a side angle view at this point.
