1. Similar to another custom, please be in the black outfit and sweaty. Even more sweat than this would be great.
2. You walk in the house after going for a run, so you are breathing heavy and sweaty. The man approaches from behind and covers your mouth with a rag, you .
3. You wake up tied up arms high above your head, arms stretched out, belly stretched, still sweaty. Shoes and socks removed but still in your black outfit. Just get a couple of captures of your hands, feet and full body. You have a wire tied to your wrists, and one tied to your ankles. Similar to this image, as an example.

Keep in mind the electricity makes your body tight, if you move it should be rigid, shaking or vibration. Most actresses move around freely like nothing is happening to them.
9. I hope you can get the same lighting and quality of this video. I also love to see the belly and ribs definition shown here. I'd love if you can move your body into poses like this both when being shocked and when breathing hard after a shock. Arms should be higher up and stretched tight though.
