Through the video you are lifting shirt up to cool yourself because it's hot, you lift shirt to clean your phone etc. and Layla is using every opportunity to touch your navel. At some point Layla shows you something on her mobile phone, or picks up yours to show you something. And at that moment she touches your belly a little and sticks her finger in your navel for 30 seconds, while she talks to you and comments on things.
