If the video could start with you and a friend pinching and pulling each other's ears. After pulling each other's ears for a while, your friend should take a sewing needle and pretend to pierce your ears, pushing the needle through your earlobes. It would be great if you could also do the same to your friends ears. Afterwards your friend takes earrings and puts them in your ears, and pulls them a bit. Again it would be great if you could do the same to your friend.
